Welcome to the coaching center for the CernySmith site.
Coaches who are qualified to use CSA cross-cultural assessments
represent a broad spectrum of the helping professions.
Examples are executive and organizational coaches,
EAP counselors, educators, chaplains, Family Service counselors,
psychologists, social workers, and physicians.
About My Account
Now that you are a qualified CSA coach you have your own account
on the CernySmith site. It is easy to access your account by selecting the Coach Login
button and entering the User Name and Password you designated.
If this is your first visit since being approved you will be presented with the
option to pay your initial account fee of $199 before you will be able to access your account.
Protect your Account Login and Password because they insure the security
of your account privacy and the confidentiality of your clients’ reports.
Manage My Account
Your coaching account is your management tool for:
- Purchasing qualified CSA assessments
- Creating an Access Code for each new block of assessments purchased
Note - Instruct each Client to enter the Access Code along with your
Coach ID in order to take his/her assessment at the Testing Center.
Note - If you want to purchase additional assessments for an existing
Access Code, go to the General Payment Center portal on the left menu bar.
Pay the purchase amount and instruct Client Services to credit the new assessments to your CoachID and designated Access Code. You will receive an email receipt.
- Tracking which clients have taken assessments and when they did so
- Downloading client reports that are ready for coaching
- Maintaining the status of how many purchased assessments have been
administered and how many remain
- Designing and ordering team reports which may be compiled using any
single or group of Access Codes
What about Educational and Humanitarian Coaching Accounts?
Because CernySmith desires to be supportive of educational and humanitarian
efforts worldwide, special coaching account programs are provided for academic
and humanitarian organizations enabling them to benefit from CSA technology
and assessments at reduced fees. Contact Client Services for additional information.
Professional Standards
Your use of the Website for administration, scoring and interpretation
of the instruments contained on the Website must be in accordance with
the Ethical Standards of Psychologists established by the American
Psychological Association, and the Standards for Educational and
Psychological Testing, published by the American Educational Research
Association, the American Psychological Association, and the National
Council on Measurement in Education (including in particular, Standard
5.10 thereof), all as amended and/or republished from time to time. Said
Standard 5.10 provides: "When test score information is released to students,
parents, legal representatives, teachers, clients, or the media, those
responsible for testing programs should provide appropriate interpretations.
The interpretations should describe in simple language what the test covers,
what scores mean, the precision of the scores, common misinterpretations of
test scores, and how scores will be used."
